Broadcast on February 28, 2023
With Teja Bell Rōshi (老師)
Hosted by Sharon Smith

Over the ages, Qigong and Daoyin practices have been used to heal, restore, and strengthen health and wellbeing. According to Teja Bell Rōshi, our modern appreciation of wellbeing includes profound scientific insights regarding the human body, psychological, mental/emotional understanding, and spiritual aspects of being that are free of religious beliefs. The healing dimensions of your Qigong practice embrace these features of your being, and contribute to them through the practice of Qigong and meditation.

  • Qigong and meditation practices that will help you more fully appreciate the integrated system of your human and universal life
  • Genuine qigong practice can bring you home to the source of being, balancing your human nature with your universal nature
