Lee Holden

Instructor of Qigong, Meditation & Tai Chi

Lee Holden first discovered the healing power of Qigong and Tai Chi after experiencing injuries as a college soccer player that nearly crippled him. He was impressed by how these ancient practices healed his body and allowed him to return to playing, and he made their study a priority.

Today, he is an internationally known instructor in meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong. He is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and author of 7 Minutes of Magic. His popular library of Qigong DVDs has made him a regular fixture on American Public Television, and on more than 105 PBS stations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Lee’s expertise and down-to-earth teaching style make him a popular speaker and workshop facilitator. He’s worked with world-famous healers like Deepak Chopra and Grandmaster Mantak Chia, a widely revered Qigong expert. He consults with top Silicon Valley corporations like Apple, Google, and Cisco on stress management. He’s even been the wellness consultant for several Hollywood film productions. He is also a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a graduate of Five Branches Institute of Acupuncture in Santa Cruz, California (a leading acupuncture college in the U.S.), and he graduated from UC Berkeley with a psychology degree.

Tevia Feng

Founder of White Tiger Qigong

Born with chronic illness, Tevia Feng began practicing martial arts, Qigong, and meditation at the age of 7 to heal himself. As a student of Qigong, he journeyed throughout China — including spiritual voyages to Beijing, the northwestern part of Hubei, and southern China — where he met and trained extensively with several true Qigong masters.

Along his journeys Tevia acquired rare skills, including mastery of exercises delving into the heart of Qi energy. Each master he studied with shaped the way he teaches today. He's fused leading-edge science with Taoist Qigong by working with neuroscientists and sports science experts, and has also worked with education experts from Harvard University and Stanford to create a university-style curriculum integrating the best in educational practices.

Tevia's published three books on Qigong, has had his books translated into multiple languages, and has also written feature articles for Qi Magazine. Additionally, White Tiger Qigong has over 60,000 subscribers. He's been named as one of the top three Qigong Masters in Indonesia, and has taught over 7,800 students from around the world, in countries including China, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Italy, Switzerland, France, Australia, and the U.S. He has worked closely with terminally ill individuals, professional athletes, ballet dancers, the 2019 female karate champion, the North American Muay Thai champion, yoga instructors, hedge fund managers, special forces, war veterans, circus performers, health care professionals, psychologists, medical doctors, and more.

Through White Tiger Qigong, his mission is to open a pathway for people to ignite transformation and maximize potential, scaling across communities while sparking a shift in consciousness that creates global healing.
