He has been a teacher and practitioner of embodied healing arts since 1979, and to this day he continues to offer a transformative practice in service to indigenous diasporan communities that desire wellbeing. This work is focused especially on assisting African peoples in their journey of healing from social, historical, and generational trauma and stress, by helping to connect ancestors with their descendants. His fundamental goal is to establish wellbeing and consistent practice as metrics, to enhance authentic relationships and stewardship with nature, communities, and universal energies.
