The Practitioner's Dao De Jing

Broadcast on March 02, 2023
With Master Bruce Frantzis
Hosted by Matthew Cohen

Far beyond mere philosophical or intellectual curiosity, the Dao De Jing can be read as a manual for practice. As Bruce Frantzis' teacher, the reclusive Daoist sage, Liu Hung Chieh, said "These are the words, this is what they mean, and this is what you do with them." It is a practical book about how to have a better experience of living on this Earth, as taught directly from the Master to the student through the exclusively oral tradition.

In this session, you’ll discover:

  • The Daoist meditation and the Dao De Jing
  • The dissolving method of Daoist meditation
  • The Water Tradition of Laozi
The views expressed are specific to the author/speaker and may vary from the perspectives of The Shift Network's participants, staff, or other speakers.
